In September 2009, as a result of some very generous funding by Camelot's "Heroes Return" Nita & I had a splendid week in Taormina in Sicily. One of the highlights was a car ferry trip over the Messina Straits to re-enact my crossing of the same Straits in 1943 whilst serving in the 49th LAA Rgt.
